Youth Dynamics to merge; campus ‘continues’

Youth Dynamics Inc.’s group home in Boulder will become part of Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch (YBGR) under a merger announced Sept. 19.

The two Billings-based non-profit organizations said the consolidation was aimed at building “a comprehensive, seamless support network for children,” with 800 combined employees serving about 4,000 kids a year.

The organizations said a merger promised to reduce wait times for services and to streamline transitions between different levels of care. “The aim is for kids to get the support they need more efficiently, receiving the right service at the right time to thrive at the lowest level of care possible,” they said in a statement.
