Lindsey Graham, who earlier had announced her resignation as executive director of the Jefferson Local Development Corporation (JLDC), has been appointed the county’s new planner, effective Mar. 4 — a new role reporting to Planning Director LaDana Hintz. The job, Graham said, “allows me to stay committed to making a positive impact in my community.”
