Jefferson High senior Jacob Rasch took first place in the Oro Fino Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution’s Good Citizen competition. Runners up were from Helena High and Lincoln High. The contest, open to graduating seniors, is judged on dependability, service to others, leadership and patriotism. The focus was on how the combined actions of good citizens keep the nation moving forward. Rasch will be attending Carroll College in the fall and joining ROTC.
