Panthers face tough teams

Opponents that are among the top Class B teams in the state this year made for a tough weekend for the Panther basketball teams.

The Three Forks Wolves came to the JHS gym Friday and proved they deserve the acclaim they are getting. The Lady Wolves are ranked number one in Class B with a record of 14-0 with only four games left in the regular season. The Three Forks boys are ranked in the top five and have an 8-0 record in 5B, 11-3 overall.

Saturday’s opponent, the Choteau Bulldogs, are part of a perennially strong program. The boys have proven they belong in the top ten. The Choteau girls are in a rebuilding year but still employ strong fundamentals.
