Pain management services for veterans a possible use for former MDC campus

While it awaits answers on what the state can do with the former Montana Developmental Center campus, the MDC Reutilization Committee continues to brainstorm possible uses for it.

At the committee’s July 31 meeting, consultant Kristian Richardson discussed a couple of options he’s been exploring,

One is establishing a pain management center for veterans. Richardson told the group he has been looking into partnering with Helena’s St. Pete’s Hospital to develop one. He was asked to consider partnering with Butte’s St. James Hospital, since it already partners with Boulder Medical Clinic.
