Notice of Public Hearing for Increasing On-Site Wastewater Treatment System Permit Fees

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Jefferson County Board of Health will conduct a public hearing commencing at 5:30 p.m. on December 10, 2025 at 214 S Main Street, Boulder to discuss and decide upon increasing the fees for on-site wastewater treatment system permits.  Anyone wishing to comment on the on-site wastewater treatment system permit fee increase may do so in person at the public hearing or may provide written comment.  Written comments must be received in the office of the Jefferson County Health Department, PO Box H, Boulder, MT 59632 no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 5, 2025.
