CITY OF BOULDER: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Adjustments will meet on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the City Hall to discuss a variance request submitted by Kyle Stein for the property at 216 S. Adams Street.
The Variance Application is requesting permission to build a privacy wall that exceeds 6 feet in height. The application also requests validation of his unpermitted, 9’2” tall privacy wall in the backyard, and an 8’10” privacy wall in the front yard.
§ 153.34 SUPPLEMENTAL DISTRICT REGULATIONS.
(C) Fences, walls and hedges. Unless other provisions of this chapter specify otherwise, fences, walls and hedges are permitted in any required yard, provided that no fence, wall or hedge in or along the edge of a front yard shall be no more than six feet in height.
The public may attend the meeting and public comments may be delivered to City Hall prior to the meeting date.
