NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council of the City of Boulder will hold a public hearing at the regular scheduled Council meeting on May 19th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall (304 N. Main Street). This meeting will involve a second (final) reading of ordinance 2025-02, regarding the classification of certain city offenses such as municipal infractions, prescribing enforcement procedures and penalties, allowing for appeals, and establishing an effective date.
