NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Boulder’s Planning Board will meet on November 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall (304 N Main Street) to discuss a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Heather Byrne. The conditional use permit seeks approval to use their home as a short-term rental while owner is not onsite. The property under consideration is located at 201 N. Jackson Street.
