“Boulder is a nice supportive little community.” That was the reaction of Josh Sperle, co-owner of the community’s newest restaurant, after about a week in business. Sperle and partner Mackenzie Leggitt have big plans for the “Farmer’s Table.” Focusing on locally sourced, fresh foods they are taking advantage of their years of experience in food service to bring their dream to life.

All of those customers found an extensive menu filled with farm fresh dishes: huckleberry cheesecake with berries handpicked by the duo; burgers with 100 percent Montana raised, grass-fed beef; fresh-baked bread; spaghetti with sauce made from scratch by Sperle that he describes as “killer”; shrimp kabobs roasted over an open fire; breakfast served all day and much more.
