Moodry hired as JHS principal

The Jefferson High School Board of Trustees formally approved Mike Moodry as the new principal for the 2018-19 school year at the April 17 meeting.

Moodry was one of four candidates interviewed publicly for the job.

He said he hopes to do some surveys shortly to get started on knowing the community. He also said he plans to get out in the community, getting to know the perceptions, expectations and culture as well as building trust before making any big changes.
