Cloth masks were added to the Boulder Farmers Market this year, along with the fresh produce and other items.

Due to the current global pandemic, wearing a face-covering or mask has become essential to slowing the spread of COVID-19, according to the Centers for Disease Control. 

Even though it’s crucial, wearing a mask doesn’t have to be boring. With an array of patterns and styles, masks may become one of the newest fashion accessories. 

When not in use, masks can be spotted on the wrist — similarly to a scrunchie or hair tie–dangling from the rearview mirror of a vehicle, and sported on the gear shift of a car.
