On Feb. 1, students from Basin, Montana City and Boulder Elementary schools (photo unavailable) graduated from Jefferson County’s DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program. Instructor and Sheriff’s Deputy David Kosola taught 160 students this session.
