Jefferson High’s flag football team is undefeated. Give or take.

“Coach told us that we’re on an undefeated streak,” said senior co-captain Michaela Morris. “We’re excited.”

It’s a streak of just one, so far — but heading into this week’s Class B-C state championship, that’s plenty. After defeating rival Three Forks, 6-0, in a taut play-off thriller Sept. 24, the Panthers own the top seed in the western division.
