INVITATION TO BID NOTICE BY PUBLICATION 

JEFFERSON COUNTY MONTANA

Jefferson County, a political subdivision of the State of Montana, seeks bids for publication rates from qualified newspapers for the publication of notices required by Montana law. Bids wil be accepted by the Jefferson County Commission, until 4:00 p.m. mountain daylight time on July 19, 2024. In accordance with Mont. Code Ann. § 7-1-2121, to be eligible for contract award, the newspaper must:
