Interim Legislative committee hears testimony on how former MDC client placements are faring

How are the former Montana Developmental Center clients faring in community placements?

That is the question House Bill 458 from the 2017 Montana Legislative Session was supposed to help answer.

But getting a clear picture of that is not all that easy, members of the Legislative Interim Committee on Children, Families, Health and Human Services are finding.
