Rusty Graf of Boulder-Bull Mountain Volunteer Fire Departments sprays dirt from the tennis courts at the corner of 4th Avenue and Washington Street in Boulder on April 3. Graf said the dirt must have been left behind either after the snow melted or was plowed.
