Glenna Waltee dedicates a Gold Star Memorial at Silver Tower Park in Whitehall Sunday. It joins the Blue Star Memorial at right. A Gold Star recognizes immediate family of a service member who died in conflict; a Blue Star recognizes immediate family of a service member serving in conflict. Waltee is former president of Whitehall Garden Club, which co-sponsored the dedication.
