Friends of the Library to host first annual fall festival

The Friends of the Boulder Community Library will host a fall festival this weekend.

Festivities include a potato bar, live auction and games for the whole family.  The potato bar and desserts can be enjoyed by donation.  Also, a live auction featuring items donated by local businesses and the Friends will take place. Games will include corn hole, sack races, kids fishing and yard yahtzee.

The Friends of the Library is an all volunteer group who serve to help support library functions.  This added support helps fund the Summer Reading Program for the kids. The Friends also are elemental in hosting author talks and special events at the library.  New volunteer Friends are always welcome to get active and participate in the effort.
