The Care Van, a mobile health service, will provide no-cost sports physicals and immunizations on Friday, Aug. 9, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Boulder Medical Clinic, 214 S. Main Street. Appointments are required: Call 225-4201 for sports physicals and 225-4007 for immunizations. Insurance isn’t needed — but if you have insurance, bring your card.
