Faster wireless internet due soon

Boulder can expect the availability of markedly faster internet access as soon as March, following one provider’s improving its wireless infrastructure.

Montana Internet will soon boost the download and upload speeds of its wireless plans from about 1 to 2Mbps to 8Mbps to 25Mbps, CEO Josh Romandia said by email.

The target date for offering these new speed plans is March, weather permitting, he wrote.
