Concerned Boulder residents explore neighborhood watch

During his 20 years in the  military, which included providing operational support during deployments in Iraq, Robert Clark says he developed a “situational awareness” that followed him home to Montana. 

“It’s how you stay alive,” he said. “You know how things should be – the routines and activities. And when you notice something is not right, you go on alert.”

Clark wants to create that sort of situational awareness for Boulder. He’s working now to develop a community Neighborhood Watch program.
