‘Clancy Days’ fills town on Saturday

Clancy will be teeming with activity this Saturday as the community celebrates its biggest day of the year, Clancy Days.

Food, music, a parade, vendors, a car show and much more will fill the day. In addition to events that have become traditional favorites, new features include the start of the Governor’s Cup marathon and half-marathon and speakers on teaching in the historic red schoolhouse, understanding land abstracts, and reclaiming the Elkhorn Cemetery.

For the doers in the crowd, gold panning, gem finding, soap making, weaving, log sawing, spike driving and ‘wife carrying’ will all be available.
