NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Boulder Board of Adjustments will meet on Thursday, April 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at City Hall to discuss a variance request submitted by Tim Graff for the property located at 223 South Main Street.

The application indicates that the reason for a variance is that zoning for the Commercial district requires 10-foot setbacks from the property line. There is currently a 30’ by 30’ garage on the lot. Tim would like to remove the old garage and build a new 60’ by 40’ commercial garage that would match the current foundation off the alley and West 4th Avenue. The variance request seeks not to have a setback requirement adjacent to 4th Avenue W and the alley.
