Child care group picked for cohort

Southwest Montana Youth Partners, the non-profit organization working to catalyze new child care in Jefferson County, is one of eight community organizations selected to participate in the second cohort of Montana Child Care Business Connect.

This initiative aims to help communities identify solutions to boost the supply of affordable licensed/registered child care in their area. Over six months, participants will evaluate, enhance, establish, and expand both new and existing registered/licensed child care programs. The program is free for community members, thanks to ARPA funding granted through the Montana Department of Health and Human Services.
