The students are members of the reACT Club, a youth-led club that takes a stance against corporate tobacco. “We went from Town Pump and past the Boulder River,” said fifth-grader Madison Neely in a statement provided by teacher Rochelle Hesford. “As a club we found five and a half pounds of cigarettes and that is a lot!
