Boulder council hears medical marijuana request

A woman who wants to start a medical marijuana dispensary in Boulder told the city council Monday she should be granted a business license.

Keva Aguirre, a Jefferson County native, says her store will be located in a “discreet location, away from the schools and off the main street.” She is hoping to put it in the laundromat just south of the Town Pump, she said.

Everything about the shop would be fully legal and “tracked by Montana government,” she says.
