Boulder City Council on Monday adopted a fee schedule for searches and copies of City Court records requested by agencies and individuals other than law enforcement. Councilors also addressed a couple court-related housekeeping items.

The 4-0 vote to approve the fees followed a Feb. 19 public hearing. The City will charge $20 for each records check; $1 per page for redacted copies; 75 cents per page for certified copies; 50 cents per page for uncertified copies; and $10 plus a per-page fee for electronic reports or statistics.

The City also established a fax charge of $2 for the first page and $1 for each subsequent page, and a $7.50 per case charge for a civil forms self-help packet.
