Mission statement: The Boulder-Bull Mountain Fire Department is one of the most vital emergency services in the Boulder and Bull Mountain Fire Districts.
Ways to Volunteer: help with service calls including: traffic control, structure fires, wildland fires, vehicle extrication. Help with holiday events, fundraisers and with 4th of July fireworks displays. We provide a fire engine ride for Santa to the grade school and city/county offices. (Help is needed to stuff the candy bags that are given to the kids at that event.)
Our annual fundraiser is a community dinner of corned beef and cabbage, held locally each year on the Saturday before St. Patrick’s Day.
We are responsible for managing the fireworks display for the Fourth of July for the enjoyment of Boulder and the surrounding area.
Your help is necessary to keep our community protected! Volunteering for the department is doing important work in our community.
