At Boulder Elementary, a wall comes alive

It all began last summer, when Rochelle Hesford, who at the time was director of the 21st Century program at Boulder Elementary School, suggested a spot for a possible art project: A big white concrete wall on the school’s playground.

What might that become?

It became a project for Boulder Elementary’s after-school program. In January of this year, we started meeting regularly to map out our plans, and to get students engaged.
