Have we now morphed from “Make America Great Again” to “Make Gaza Great Again?” The blatantly criminal intent to forcefully eject Palestinians to make room for the Riviera of the Middle East reinforces the ever-apparent fact that President Trump is living in a dangerous dream world. He has already been easily manipulated by dictators he so lovingly admires, as well as the likes of Elon Musk and other powerful sycophants using him to forward their personal agendas. And now, he is being led by the nose by Netanyahu who is playing him like a fiddle.
Are resorts on the Mediterranean more important than all the needs here at home? Are U.S. schools, unaffordable health care, and decaying infrastructure less important than providing a playground for the rich? America voted for our current President — that’s democracy in action. However, U.S. citizens also have an obligation to let our leaders know when they are going off the rails. That’s true democracy!
