Separate sealed bids for construction of a roof in Boulder MT will be received by the City Clerk at the offices of the City of Boulder City Hall, 304 North Main Street, PO Box 68 until 3 p.m. on February 7th, 2025. The address of the project is 102-108 North Main Street, owned by Boulder Rocks LLC. The roof must be finished by July 1, 2024. Call Stu Goodner to measure roofs for estimate at 719-237-4540. Two flat roofs must be roofed in either PVC or TPO roofing. Pitched roof and small roof in metal. All new soffits and facias on entire building.
The successful bidder shall immediately make and execute with Boulder Rocks LLC, a construction contract in accordance with the provisions of the notices, resolutions, plans and specifications concerning this project, and the Montana Department Of Commerce Main Street Program Adaptive Reuse & Mixed-Use Development Contract #MT-MMS-CG-25-002, signed November 13, 14, and 15, 2024 (a copy of which is available from the City Clerk).
Said contract shall be executed by and between the successful bidder and Boulder Rocks LLC, and shall be approved by the City Council. In addition, said contractor shall provide insurance to protect the City and shall be responsible to save the City of Boulder harmless from negligent or willful acts of said contractor and contractors.
