Gary Craft with the Boulder Kiwanis Club presented $500 scholarship checks to Ethan Smartnick and Jadyn Bellander after completing their first college semester. Smartnick attends Montana Tech and Bellander is attending Montana State University. The Boulder Kiwanis members are proud of both students, who continue to excel scholastically and in community volunteer work.
