Boulder Administrative Services introduce new CEO

As of Oct. 1, Dror Baruch Gravett, formerly of Seattle, is officially the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Boulder Administration Services, taking the place of Bruce and Jackie Wagner, who started the business in 1998.

Gravett has worked for two Third Party Administration (TPA) companies before he joined Cedar Gate Technologies (formerly known as Deerwalk), managed more than 20 TPA and broker accounts and worked on new healthcare payment methodologies during his last role. He’s served in several leadership positions and has helped develop national and state initiatives for healthcare improvement and promoting price transparency and provider quality. He’s had a relationship with Boulder Admin since 2017. 

Headquartered in Boulder, the company also has offices in Kalispell and Seattle. According to its website, Boulder Admin “helps employers administer self-funded medical plans, cafeteria plans/HRAs, dental and vision coverage, and COBRA continuation coverage.” It does so by “combining state-of-the-art technology with personable, hands-on support.”
