Request for Qualifications
Jefferson High School District: General Contractor/Contract Manager (GCCM) – High School Building Project.
Jefferson High School District (“School”) requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms for the purpose of engaging a qualified General Contractor/Contract Manager (GCCM) for the construction of a new high school and associated facilities building projects.
The School intends to enter into a contract with the selected General Contractor/Contract Manager (GCCM) firm that will include consultation on planning and design work; provide estimates on materials, methods and costs; review design documents and advise on materials and equipment selection; provide input on current markets; develop and monitor scheduling and bidding; prepare construction cost estimates; work with school staff to maximize energy efficiency, and to furnish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in accordance with the contract.
This RFQ shall not commit the School to enter into any agreement, to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services. The School reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses received as a result of this RFQ if it is in the School’s best interest to do so.
To meet the deadline for initial consideration, please submit hand delivered proposals no later than 4:00 p.m., Mountain, March 4, 2022, at the office of the School District Superintendent at 312 South Main Boulder, MT. Mailed proposals must be received by this time and date for consideration. Mailing address: Jefferson High School P.O. Box 838., Boulder, MT 59632. Please indicate” General Contractor/Contract Manager (GCCM) Jefferson High School Building Project” on the outside of the package.
