FURNITURE PACKAGE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
You are invited by Jefferson High School to respond to the Request for Proposal, Furniture & Furnishings Package for Jefferson High School in Boulder, Montana.
All proposals must be submitted in the format of the proposal form, and all requested support documentation must be furnished at the time the proposal is submitted. Electronic proposals must be received no later than Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM to SMA Architecture + Design.

Proposals must include installation, freight, delivery, off-site storage, and disposal. Proposals must also include all furniture quantities for each manufacturer being bid. Furniture vendor installation team members must conform to the Owner’s and General Contractor’s site restrictions including all on-site safety programs.
All proposals shall be in accordance with the plans, specifications, and subsequent addenda. The drawings included in this proposal are for furnishings only as indicated by item numbers on the plan. Any furniture not noted by an item number will be part of a separate contract. It’s the successful vendor’s responsibility to prepare installation drawings in collaboration with Jefferson High School and SMA Architecture + Design. Final quantities must be verified by successful vendor prior to placement of order.
To receive the Bid Package, please reach out to Emily Kroll (CC: Kaelyn Clarke). All questions must be submitted in writing by November 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Two addendums are anticipated for November 21st and December 8th. Jefferson High School reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
