NOTICE OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

The City of Boulder’s Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, November 14th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall to discuss a variance request from Rosemary Perna and to hear an appeal of an administrative decision by Kyle Stein.

The variance application received from Rosemary Perna requests that she be allowed to build over lot lines on her property at 602 Garden Drive. For this reason, the request is being presented to the Board of Adjustment to notice, hold public hearing, and approve, deny, or conditionally approve the applicants request.
