NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on April 30, 2024 the Jefferson County Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. 15-2024 Resolution of Intent to Sell County Property to the City of Boulder, Montana (Resolution No. 15-2024). A copy of Resolution No. 15-2024 is on file in the office of the Jefferson County Commission and particularly describes the property intended to be sold and other matters pertaining to the sale of the property.
NOTICE IS FURTHER PROVIDED on May 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., the Jefferson County Commission will hold a public hearing in the conference room of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, 102 South Monroe, Boulder, Montana, and at that time will discuss and decide on the passage of Resolution No. 16-2024, Resolution to Sell County Property to the City of Boulder, Montana.
