Boulder crafts shop launches homeschool course

The Boulder crafts shop Stitch & Stone held its first pottery painting workshop for area homeschoolers Tuesday.

Co-owners Sierra Hall and Liliana Pederson homeschool their younger children and decided, after buying the shop last month, to offer a learning space for their own kids and other homeschooled students around Boulder.

“We thought it’d be really just beneficial, not only for our kids, but for the community too,” Pederson said. “We have this wonderful brick-and-mortar place that we can offer for everyone.”
