Separate sealed bids for construction of Boulder Phase 2 Water System Improvements will be received by City Administrator at the office of City of Boulder City Hall, 304 North Main Street, PO Box 68, Boulder, MT 59632 until 3:00 PM local time on August 28, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud.

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: (1) Construction new 450,000-gallon AWWA D110 Type III pre-stressed concrete water storage tank, (2) installation of mixers and coatings on existing 75,000-gallon concrete and 500,000-gallon steel water storage tanks (3) installation of emergency backup generators at two existing wells, and (4) installation or replacement of four fire hydrants in the City distribution system.
