The Clancy Elementary School track and field team is setting records – for breaking school records.

This year, the Tigers broke six school track and field marks, after smashing 10 in 2024. Eighth-grader Quinn Michaud set a girls’ shot put record with a distance of 32’ 11”, and a new discus record with a throw of 68’ 4”. Sawyer Jensen set a new seventh-grade boys record in the turbo javelin, with a throw of 106’ 6”.

In track, eighth-grader Camden Redfield shattered a 21-year-old school record with his 58.33 second time in the 400 meters. Seventh-grade Tanner Harris ran the 1600-meter race in 5:22, breaking a 35-year-old mark. And Jensen, Harris, Corrick Connors, and Milachi Bibeau set a new school mark in the 4×100 relay.
