UMT Western names 10 to Dean’s List — BRIEFS

The University of Montana Western named 10 county residents to the Dean’s List for the fall, 2025 semester. To qualify, students must be enrolled full time and achieve a minimum 3.33 grade point average. Those named were: Leah Hartman of Basin; Quinn Mann of Boulder; Dylan Christman, Jadyn Johnson, Morgan Knickerbocker and Tana Speeg of Clancy; Trent McMaster of Jefferson City; and Maxine Hoagland, Meagan Johnson and John Reedy of Whitehall.

Anniversary event at Friendship Baptist

Friendship Baptist Church in Montana City will celebrate the 40th anniversary of its founding with special services and a feast on Sunday, Jan. 11. Former Pastor David Klass will speak at 9:45 a.m. on the church’s past, and Pastor Nicholas Korthals will lead the 10:45 a.m. worship, with the meal to follow.
