What can you spot in a Boulder rodeo parade?

A chicken marshal, money growing on trees, a herd of ostriches, a princess on a pony, and a trio of mayoral candidates – all of them made an appearance when the Jefferson County Rodeo Association hosted its annual parade Saturday, August 26. Creativity was well in ev- idence at this year’s version, with some of the most in- ventive and puzzling entries coming on floats by area businesses. The spirit of fun was obvious.
