‘March for Truth’ set for Helena Saturday

Calling for peaceful demonstrations this Saturday to send a message to Washington, D.C., organizers of the “March for Truth” say an impartial investigation is needed into Russian interference in the U.S. election, including ties to President Donald Trump and his administration. 

“This isn’t about party. This is about rule of law, and potentially egregious conflicts of interest within the Executive Branch,” said a press release sent out by Bridget Johnson of Missoula on behalf of march organizers. 

Montana marchers will be gathering at the State Capitol steps for the 1:00-4:00 p.m. event. Organizers say 100 similar marches are planned nationwide. The appointment of a special counsel is a step in the right direction, but is insufficient, say march planners.
