He was sentenced to one year in jail with all but 15 days suspended for each count and fined $2500 for the DUI. He was ordered to take an alcohol abuse course, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and have ignition interlocks on his vehicles.

Daniel A. Nelson of Belgrade pleaded not guilty to felony DUI and speeding in association with a November 7 traffic stop on Interstate 90. Officials allege he was traveling at 96 miles per hour and had a BAC of .091. He was released without having to post bail but was ordered to wear a “scram” bracelet, participate in a 24/7 alcohol monitoring program, avoid alcohol and bars, and comply with other conditions until his next court appearance.
Joshua Wayne Reams, Boulder, was in court to plead not guilty to felony sexual charges, including rape of a ten-year-old girl. He was deemed ineligible for release since he was already on probation and was returned to law enforcement custody.
