Transition group moves forward

The Boulder Transition Advisory Committee has its “marching orders” and will focus on carrying out the desires of the community, BTAC chair Drew Dawson said last week. 

At a January 5 meeting the BTAC reviewed the ten priorities set during a December community meeting and prepared to turn those priorities into action steps for brightening the community’s future.

“The community has spoken,” said Dawson. “We need to say how are we going to move it forward and we need to say at some point how we are going to update it.” The BTAC will work to come up with a “game plan” for carrying out the priorities to be presented at the next meeting, the group decided.
