Sturdevant named Class B Athletic Director of Year

Dan Sturdevant was named Class B Activities Director of the Year Sunday evening at the annual Montana High School Association meeting in Great Falls. Sturdevant has been the Jefferson High activities director for about the past five years and has been covering Jefferson HIgh sports for the Monitor for more than 25 years. He has also been an active member of the JHS Booster Club for about three decades. Besides the typical athletic director tasks, Sturdevant also compiles conference-wide statistics that he shares with other schools in the conference. JHS Superintendent Tim Nor- beck called the recognition a “great honor for a good man.”
