Response to request for corrections regarding article on candidate Skogen

In response to an article published in the May 30 Boulder Monitor (“Judge candidate sues deputies, attorney”), the Monitor received an email from Larry Skogen on June 10 asking for corrections.

That email said, in part, “Jace and I request that you correct the record of your story dated May 30, 2018. This request comes under MCA 27-1-803, MCA 27-1-818 and MCA 27-1-819.

“First: neither Jace  or I was charged with or convicted of “Obstructing Justice” the Charge was “Obstructing a Peace Officer”
