SUMMONS

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF KOOTENAI. Case No. CV28-19-6602.

The SARA G. ARROYO and WILLETTA J. EUBANKS LIVING TRUST, Dated March 4, 2005, Plaintiffs, v. KEVIN WALTH, an unmarried man, WHITE KNIGHT VENTURES, INC., a Montana corporation,  K1B1 CORP an Idaho corporation, d/b/a Dairy Queen, and KBEC, INC., a Montana domestic corporation, Defendants.

TO:KEVIN WALTH, WHITE KNIGHT VENTURES, INC., K1B1 CORP., and KBEC, INC. You have been sued by The Sara G. Arroyo and Willetta J. Eubanks Living Trust, Dated March 4, 2005, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Kootenai County, Idaho, Case No. CV28-19-6602.

The nature of the claim against you is breach of contract.

Any time after 21 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 324 W. Garden Avenue, Coeur d’Alene Idaho 83814, (208) 446-1160, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff’s attorney at Christopher D. Gabbert, Attorneys Northwest, Inc., 1900 Northwest Blvd., Ste 106, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83814, (208) 664-1139.
