The JHS Cross Country teams traveled to Missoula on Saturday for a big meet amid surprisingly fine weather on a great course. Laurynn Armstrong finished the race in 25:21, just a few seconds slower than at last week’s competition, when she broke 25:00. Her teammate Isabell Abbot had a time of 27:41, while Izaro Torralbo finished at 30:39 and Katarina Oravcova at 32:03. For the boys, Logan Gilmore clocked in at 20:12, Christian Davis at 21:12, Brendan Gallagher at 23:36, and Joe Riehl at 37:31.
The “Hoofers” run Saturday at Three Forks golf course. Start time is 9 a.m.
